Most of the times it happens to be about sports since as most of you know I am quite a sports fan. However, i will also be touching on current events and issues close to my life and my friends lives. So that being said its great to be back and look forward to everyone taking time to share in my memories and opinions.

The Giants are playing good ball. The main reason is based around their strong pitching which is what management was hoping for going into the season. However, I can't help but think that Brian Wilson aka 'Wild Thing" is teetering on the edge of being a former closer. Wilson continues to pitch inconsistently and give up runs on a daily basis. I'm pretty sure that the great closers of the past didn't have earned run averages over 5. Rivera....nope..............Hoffman.....nope......well not at least when he was great, not the last couple years when San Diego ran him out there like a donkey in Tijuana.....only for show.........

Do You Remember?

Do you remember when football was football? When the defense was allowed to basically punch a guy in the face as long as they weren't headhunting. This entire season which was both exciting and hard to swallow for me as a 49er fan. The one thing i kept thinking to myself was........REALLY? that was a foul? REALLY? that's a 15 yarder? This is very hard for me to do because as i type this i know that I sound like my father. The image above is clearly a penalty and should be flagged. This is the kind of penalty that John Madden dreams about. The one we have heard about for over a decade, you know the "BOOM, there's a helmet on the field-lets hope there isn't a head in that helmet, BOOM-fast acting tinactin, boom ACE is the place, Boom!" Sorry, years of Madden ringing in my head took over, back to my point.

This is not the type of penalty that bothers anyone. Earlier this year the NFL (no fun league) took away the 5 yard incidental face mask penalty and made any face mask penalty 15 yards and a potential drive changer. Similar to the one that happened this year in the 4th quarter of the Super Bowl. When a player drags someone down by the face mask that's fine, flag the heck out of that little cheater, but if a guy touches a face mask while trying to bring a player down......come on..........are you serious? put the flag away. While I'm on the subject, can we stop with the running into a kicker or holder penalties? This is freaking football!!!!! stop already, really? you ran into the punter too hard? How about the you tackled the Quarterback too hard penalty?

When a defensive end is flying around the corner at 150 mph and he is a step late and still runs into the QB, DON'T THROW THE FLAG. Especially if he puts on an Academy Award winning performance with the flop. Don't reward that kind of behavior, if anything flag the QB for unsportsmanlike conduct.

Well I do love football and i personally feel that the Steelers were handed the super bowl, I do feel there could be some changes to make football - football again.

P.S. Or as i like to call it the Holiday closer!!!! I love the Holidays......for me the Holidays start from October 26th which of course is my birthday and runs right through until Valentines Day. Sometimes Valentines Day held less of an importance so The Super Bowl ended it off for me (not the case now, as V-day is muy importande to me....love ya sug). This holiday season was one of the greatest of my life. Everything i could have asked for and wanted to do i did.

This years holiday season began Dec 2nd in Sacramento as i got invited to my sisters work Christmas party, and it was absolutely wonderful......Good People like Spiffy, Vdiddy, CROVER, Patty (who did tell me i am fine, true story...lol), Aunt Linda, Timmy and Wife, and even a super smashed lady screaming for wine......LITERALLY......"WINE...WINE...." and guess what it came......strangest thing i have ever seen. Usually when people get to that point, people are like "OK you have had enough......lets trick her with water" Nope not that night, the waiter came and said "WHERE WOULD YOU LIKE THIS I.V. OF GRAPES!" I played Monte Carlo games with Vern, who alongside Linda are two of the coolest people i have ever known. I drank some BREW-SKIS, even met a guy who met a girl on E-harmony and called her his E HOE! (classic). Heard about a Brian McKnight concert, which reminded me that some people who can sing have an unfair advantage over us BILLY IDOL KARAOKE stars. This Party was great and i hope i can warrant another invite over the years, because i can understand why my sister loves her job, she works with great cats...(that means people in Scott talk).

I work Two Jobs so i had two Holiday parties, one on the 7th and one on the 13th. They weren't necessarily great but i do enjoy getting together with people outside of the office atmosphere and spending time and spreading our holiday cheer. One of my secret Santa gifts was a floor mat from a cool chick from work we call slash that says fo shizzle welcome to our hizzle. If you know me then you know why that's cool, its just a reflection of who i am.

We Also had a Holiday Dinner at Casa De Donovan where a group of us friends exchange our stocking presents and have a big Holiday feast. This year was especially great because we were able to include my fiancee Carrie "SUG" Chavez and my cousin Katie and her lil Baby Zoey and reintroduce my main man Silky Smooth Steve got back in the mix. The feast was wonderful, it was a team effort and we do a pretty good job of making a real meal with turkey and stuffing and whole shabang. Some of the memorable things from the year were my "why do men have nipples book", the obligatory hot fireman calendar, and of course Talladega nights was the DVD of choice.....We even had a chance to do a little something special for Katie, because we love her and thought she deserved it. All of those people Nate, Jayna, Steve, Katie, Zoey, Tiffy, and Sug regardless of blood or not are my FAMILY and i love them.

What came next might have been the jewel of the season, don't get me wrong it was all great but i had heard how great Disneyland was at Christmas, but i truly never dreamed it could be that great. My Crew (tiff, steve,me) drove to LAX to pick up Bri and his new catch (alaska...fish....wait for it....yeah nice) and we went to Disneyland. It was by far one of the longest days in my life and it was without a doubt worth it. The decorations themselves would have been worth the price of admission (63, yowsers!!!). Trees and Bows and wreaths and Red and Green and Reindeer and Santa and everything you could possibly imagine. I am a firm believer that it is impossible to be in a bad mood at Disneyland. It just the feeling you get when you walk in those doors, the feeling of joy and being a kid who is overwhelmed.... rushes over you. I am 30 years old and i hope that i never lose that feeling when i go there, because its something that i eagerly look forward to. Then you throw in on top of the greatest place on earth(west of Vegas for the record) your favorite holiday and Disneyland is simply a cant miss. It was everything i hoped for and much much more, it took my holiday cheer to another level. I hope to go every year from now on and make it a tradition, it was that great.

I know what your thinking its been great enough but you wanna know the greatest part? I hadn't even gotten to Christmas yet!!! Not to mention exchanging gifts with my friends. I love Christmas because it is the one time of year that everyone seems to work together as a family and more importantly as human beings. Its the one time of the year that i don't worry about bills or certain responsibilities, i just worry about having a great time and feeling festive and genuinely sorry tiff had to do it.... The pic above is from my graduation on Sept 16th. I graduated from the University of Phoenix with my masters in Education and credential in elementary education. Wow a masters degree, i never in a million trillion years thought that i would even graduate college let alone continue my education and get a masters degree, but there i am......what a suprising twist. I would like to thank those who made this possible....(cue the academy award music) First and foremost i want to give thanks to god for making this all possible (this is both true as i do thank the jesus and also at the same time making fun of every professional athlete who has ever given an interview). I would also like to thank my parents for being supportive and quite possibly the greatest set of parents a boy could ever ask for. They didnt spoil me but by no means was i ever deprived, they worked very hard and had to put up with a lot to make me who i am today, and for that i thank you very much, i love you both very very much.

Next i would like to thank my sister and brother, Tiffy and i have grown into great friends and if you would have seen us at 16 and 12 you would have never thought that would happen. It has been an amazing journey and i couldnt have done it without you, I love you sis. My brother Brian is a wonderful wonderful man. I can remember about 13 or 14 years ago (WOW) and even though everyone told me that Brian looked up to me, i never believed it. Then one day i saw it, i saw how he acted, what he liked, how much pain he felt when i didnt include him and he probably doesnt remember that because he was quite young but from that day on i began to live that part of my life as positive as i could. I hope i did a good job because i wanted to provide a somewhat positive example for Brian to follow, He is a blonde, skinnier version of me and i love him to death. I want to thank him and spiff for helping mold me into who i am today.

I cannot forget my Sug, one of the greatest things to ever happen to me. She has been my rock when i am frustrated and cant forge on, she helps me stay strong. When people think that Scott is invincible and can handle anything the only reason i stay calm most of the time is because of her. She has been through alot in her life and she is in inspiration to me and the courage she has shown trying to fit into my close knit group of friends shows me her true love for me, thank you bear, thank you for being you. (i know the award music is getting louder)

The other major reason i am who i am is because of my friends, or as i like to call them my family. I have always looked at my friends like family, and i always will. In an attempt to not leave anyone out and hurt someones feelings i will not go though them one by one but rather when they read this they will know exactly who i am talking about, i have inside jokes with all of them, we have been to concerts, sporting events, savage gambling trips, tons of laughs and just as many tears. I love you guys and you girls i could not have grown into who i am today without you, i did the majority of my growing up with all of you......thank you

Every year i forget..........

Every year i forget the beauty of Minor League Baseball. Tonight me and some of my Cronies went to the new Park in Stockton, Ca to watch a Stockton Ports game. One of the things that is so wonderful about minor league ball is that they make the game so accessible to the fans. You can sit very close to the field for a very fair price (sometimes as low as $4 per person). Between every inning they have some sort of promotion where anyone in the staduim can win. Not like a promotion at the major league level where one lucky fan is going to win a Cadillac Escalade, of course you never see that fan, not to mention its one of 50,000 people so you chances are very slim...... A just so you know............everything that happens in that stadium is sponsored by something or someone. so if someone in the crowd sneezes, you will undoubtedly hear the announcer say in his microphone, that sneeze was brought to by kleenex available at your local Save Mart.

A group of 8 went to this game where the Ports of Stockton battled the mighty Blaze of Bakersfield and our group got two fould balls....NO JOKE TWO!!!!! we gave them to the little kids in our group and you should have seen their faces, it was so important to them, because to them it might as well of been a Major League game. After the game we even got a grounds crew member to sign their ball, it was amazing to see how important they felt by getting an autograph and being out at a big league game. So if there is a minor league team around you and you are looking for a good time and a fairly inexpensive activity, go check out your local minor league affiliate.....

Some people dont get it, some people think its childish, and some people think caring that much is a waste of time. However for those who love the game of baseball and have a team that they bleed their colors, they will understand what i am going through.........I love baseball, it is by far my favorite of the major sports (unless i can count the Nascar the Ricky Bobby is in). I have been a SF Giants fan from the start i can remember countless times being at Candlestick park as a young tike with my parents watching the game.........I dont remember everything from my youth but i remember specific games where Darrell Evans hit home runs and a game where it was raining and Gary Carter (playing for the mets then) hit a home run to beat the Giants and i was upset because it was cold, wet, and then we lost.........A true fan follows his team year round not just during the season, they watch the teams web page, and follow the free agent market and right through spring training. Every day with hopes of what might be. Then for seven months.......SEVEN MONTHS......we watch games, we go to games, we check scores, we check stats, we hope for a big christmas present in July at the trade deadline ala Bobby Abreu (ben you must have been happy with that Robbery of a trade!!!!) and if by chance your team doesnt make the right decisions or believes that Armando Benitez is capable, or that (this is the best one) Jeremy Accardo is the future closer, and that an outfield in which 32 year old Randy Winn is the preverbial "SPRING CHICKEN"is good enough and the players you do have on the roster cant play good enough baseball to stay at .500, let alone compete for a playoff spot you too would feel disappointed and discouraged that you pay attention and give your sports heart and soul (i said sports, there are many...many things more important than sports but if its a passion you understand) all year and we root and support and then after all that nothing.......sometimes it feels like you wasted your time, like all your passion ripped out of you at once.......Like i said before some people dont get it, some people think its childish, and some people think caring that much is a waste of time, especially now that you get let down...........you know what i tell those people? maybe your right, but soon as that world series is over and the free agent period starts i will be right there waiting because i bleed BLACK AND ORANGE!!!!!

I don't Understand
...........................................
...........................................
........I don't understand why the Barry Bonds thing is such a huge deal, its irritating to me not only as a Giants Fan, but a baseball fan. Do I think that Barry Bonds was doing something illegal......YES!!! Do I think it was hard core Needle in the arm steroids?.....I don't know......Do I care?..............NO.........We watch baseball because we love it.......At face value it truly is entertainment and I know that when I see guys hit 470 foot home runs I am ENTERTAINED....When I see Pitchers throwing 98 MPH with forearms bigger than Popeyes I am ENTERTAINED.......Here's another thing that I think gets left out in the Barry Bonds witch-hunt that is the so called "Chemical Era".........Technically Steroids weren't illegal in Baseball, and neither was HGH (human growth hormone). When they changed the rules Barry never tested positive, does it make whatever he did right? NO, was he the only one that did it? GOD NO.....I believe 70-80% of major leaguers were doing some kind of performance enhancing drugs during that era.................Why do I believe that? Well for a couple reasons

A. I think that when guys like Rich Aurilia and Mark Bellhorn and Renteria starting hitting 20-30 jacks a year and some of them opposite field bombs flying sometimes over 400 feet, players realized they better get on the train.........or get left in Pawtucket........

B. The biggest reason I think so many people were using is that when the steroid rules changed all of the sudden guys started hitting the Disabled List faster than I have ever seen.........hammys,tendinitis, everone had something and people weren't coming back fast either, players would be out over a month with pulled ligaments where before they wouldn't even go on the Dl...........

C. The third and final reason i think this is that not only did just about everyone in the Major shrink in size, I MEAN EVERYONE...........Pitchers are maxing out at 93,94 MPH now.......where are before these guys were 96,98ers.......and i agree that steroids would help pitchers more than batters yet only Barry Bonds is being persecuted....

The biggest problem I have with the whole situation is that THE OWNERS knew...........Every single one of them knew. After the 94 strike season, they had to get people in the seats...And they didn't care because they wanted their money. It was all fun and Games when Sammy and McGwire were chasing Roger Maris and America embraced them......You think people didn't know then? If you don't think so I have some nice Arctic property in Turlock with a frozen pond in the back I want to sell you real cheap.....

But now that Bonds is chasing one of the greatest records of all time, in any sport...........The hunt is on.....And I think that America should be sad and ashamed because just because Bonds is a pompous jerk, he is the best and people cant deal with it. Off steroids he was better than the others off steroids and when eveybody started cheating then he was better then them on steroids too, but America has to blame someone.....Despicable.......

For the record Barry Bonds will retire short of the big record so it wont matter in 6 months because he will be second so call down Idiot Jay Mariotti's of the world.........Listen to the brilliance of woody Paige for once in your life, applaud him for what he has done and realize the isn't going to catch Aaron so it doesn't matter........

I personally applaud Barry Bonds for hitting number 715, and he does deserve accolades, and respect, he is one of the greatest players to ever grace the ball field........I cant wait for him to retire because I don't know what baseball will do then, Maybe its Albert Pujols time to catch heat........Just appreciate while you can people!!!!!!!

hows that tiff? Ben, you asked you receive........And that my friends is the bottom line......

My sincerest apologies to all who read, trust me i have never not had anything to say. This is going to come as a shock to most of you.....so please brace yourself. ..... One of my teams actually won a championship.........Mr. Noah (see pic right) and his band of athletic sophomores DISMANTLED the ucla bruin cubs.

I watched the gators all year, from their undefeated start, to their mid season struggles and through out the tourney. I even told my friends that i was going to pick them to do bad in my brackets because if good ol Bittners Law has taught me anything its that the opposite will happen, and it did...I didnt win any money but hey a championship is well worth it. To make it a little sweeter they romped up on a LA team which makes it all the sweeter for myself.........because you are either NORCAL or SOCAL......or weird.....and i am definitely NORCAL.....which doesnt explain Florida but that is a totally different blog.

While I am excited about the gators championship I am a little disappointed that the final four was weak. All that drama for the Gators and ucla to blow out their opponents in the final four then the gators de-skin the baby bruins.....by the time half of the first half of the championship game was over...............THE GAME WAS OVER......and that doesnt make for great television....but at least they won and didnt lose to the University of Centralized Latino Americans, or how about this one the University of Crackhead Lephers of America.

Either way the Gators won and its about time, my teams havent won since those 94 niners.......I thought we had a world series win in 02 but Reggie Sanders was assaulted in the right field corner by a thunder stick and the rest is history.......I am starting to get angry so lets stop talking about that.........anyways Congrats to the Gators and to me (not that i did any thing) and yes Lydell it is IRONIC that the year i dont pick them to win they do, thanks for bringing that up!!!!!!!!!

Goodbye Kirby we will miss you.........

I love baseball, always have. It seems to me that baseball was greater as a child, i remember so much more and i suppose i was more impressionable. This week we lost one of my favorite players that i watched growing up. Kirby Puckett passed away from complications from a stroke. I heard alot of people talk about him this week, sports personalities and reporters and my personal friends. Some people talked about his legal troubles and how his memory has been tarnished. Some talked about his heroics in the world series and how he is a legend that will always remember.

While its true he had some legal issues and some domestic ones too, i dont think those things should ever interfere with what was accomplished on the field. Just like when Kobe is done with basketball i dont think people should talk about his violation of anglo saxon females in the rocky region, and that is hard for me to say because i HATE Kobe and i think he was or is guilty. Same goes for anyone who had off field troubles, because the key words are "off the field".

Kirby Puckett was one of the greats, he seemed to always be smiling and having a great time getting paid to play a game that he loved. On the field he seemed to embody everything that baseball players should be. He acted like little leaguers should, smile and dont throw your helmets and respect the game, because it was just that......a game. Even this picture shows what kind of player he was, it looks like he is a kid who just won a kickball game on the playground and he is waiting to get tackled by his grade schools friends. In this day and age where it seems every player is concerned with their next contract or their next commercial deal, it was great to have a player who seemed like he was content with playing the game, so as a true fan of baseball farewell Mr. Puckett your style and memory will not be forgotten.................at least not by me.

BENJAMIN
"THE REAL DEAL"
BRUNEEL

You might be thinking why does this guy call him that? He's not a boxer, or even a roided up wrestler. In response to that true, But Benji wasn't always "Real Deal". He started out as a guy in my communications class taught by a good man named Jim Prohs. He was the guy in my class who sat in front of me wearing the Yankee sandals. You see I am sarcastic, very sarcastic and I like to poke fun at others. I know its not that noble but its who I am. I don't poke fun at people to hurt their feelings but when stupid people do stupid things I like to share in their misfortunes with those who are like me........ Ben was like me.............I don't remember if we stated talking about baseball or if we started making fun of Chritina Monje, all I remember is every class I went to it seemed like he was in it. Long story short class talks turned into getting lunch talks and becoming good friends. I believe our association with the FMPers had something to do with it, not to mention the great Christi Gonzales.

Its funny to me because so many relationships serve their purpose and then die at some point after, but Ben and I have secured a life long friendship, and its one that I cherish. While we were still in school Ben talked of this Greta character, he sure did adore her, good thing he married her. But when I met her WOW..........What a sarcastic spitfire................She was everything Ben had raved about plus she was a smart Aleck. I even was lucky enough to get one of the hottest tickets in Stockton Ca one year. I got a ticket (invite) to their wedding, it was a beautiful service and essentially the entire city of Stockton rejoiced.
Now to answer the question where did Ben "Real Deal" Bruneel come from? Well Ben invited myself and my friend Lydell to play in a slo pitch softball league in Stockton. It was great fun and Ben named me the "the Hired Gun" so I felt it necessary to deem him Real in fact the Real Deal. Don't worry folks it didn't stop there, we proceeded to have way too much fun and yell out sportcenter quotes when we would hit home runs and have so much fun that sometimes others took it as arrogance.......Sorry, but it was fun.

Since then we have memories of Snapper Jacks and playing video game baseball in his Ventura abode, watching dinosaurs and getting ice cream in the place before that while Greta was at pepperdine. Lets not forget the always dangerous StormClipper we have memories on top of memories and since he has moved to Texas we still find a way to keep in touch not because we have to, but because we want to................Because he's real.......The Real Deal.........And that my friends is the BOTTOM LINE.

Another Holiday season has come and gone, and i am now deeply entrenched in another bout of PHD (post holiday depression). To be FRUITFULLY honest i had a great holiday season. My sister and i flew my brother home from Hawaii and suprised my parents. We had a couple holiday parties where everyone was able to get together and have a good time.
2005 also marked the first year that My sister, my brother, and myself were able to be together on new years since probably 1992. It was wonderful having the opportunity to be with my family. My brother was able to be home for almost an entire month, even though he worked for most of it, I know it meant alot to have him back.
I have been on this rock for a couple years now and one thing i know is things go in cycles. You have all heard the cliche quote "when it rains it pours." I truly believe this, i have been down and have also been amazed when things are golden and seem to always go my way. I think that how you feel about things at the beginning of the year sets the tone for how your year will go. Things havent been bad for a while, but i truly believe that myself and those close to me are in for a good year. I have had a lot of GOOD years lately but i could go for a GREAT one.

random thoughts.....

-Apparently Steve Smith is the real deal, i continue to doubt him but he is making it hard to say he isnt the best receiver in football

-Congrats to Bill Cowher and his flying Saliva, but if Carson Palmer doesnt get rolled up on I think the Bengals beat the Steelers and today everyone is talking about the Bengals beating the Colts.

-Billy Donovan's Florida Gators are ranked #2 in the nation, and although i am a big gator fan.................................dont get sucked in. They are not that good and havent really played anyone tough.....(i hope i'm wrong)

-I cant wait for Valentines day..........................................because i want to share my love with everyone right?????.............................................no because it pretty close to when pitchers and catchers report..................sorry I do love baseball..................

THE MOST IMPORTANT GIFT OF ALL...........

Another Christmas season has come and gone and the new year is quickly charging. A special person I know had a conversation with me about giving, about people who are givers and the true meaning of giving. I have always felt in my heart even through my tough college years that I had to give to those less fortunate than I. So whether it was dropping my change in the red bucket in front of the Longs or taking a name off the xmas tree in the mall I tried to do my part. I always thought I was doing it because it felt right, or because I couldn't imagine the looks on those kids faces Christmas morning and no presents. I had always hoped and wished I could do more but due to my fiscal position I was unable. I think it takes a special person to be a giver, someone who has a big heart, someone who has maybe not seen the bottom of the barrel but sure has seen their fair share of tough times. I have a lot to be thankful for including great parents and wonderful friends.
Part of the reason my friends and I have become such great friends is that we trust each other and know that if we were ever faced with a life changing decision we would make the right choice. Its all part of being a good person. The giving, the morals, the positive outlook regardless of if the odds are against you. That's why my friends are my friends, through thick and thin.
there's a feeling that's indescribable to me when you give. Whether you are giving a present, or a hug, or a laugh its just something that seems to make the true people that you value in your life feel better. I have come to a point in my life where I love that feeling, better yet cherish that feeling and the more educated in life I become I am starting to realize why, people matter.

Another Turkey day has come and gone. To some people Thanksgiving is about eating, and to some its about the football. Then again to some its about being with family, to me its about all of that but more than anything its about giving thanks to those things and people who give me things to be thankful for. First and foremost I am extremely thankful for my family. It wasn't too long ago I couldn't stand them, everything they did annoyed me. Not because they did anything wrong, but because I wasn't ready to accept them for their greatness. My sister Tiffany is a wonderful woman and brings a smile to everyone she sees, especially that Biyotch Bredek..................for the record, those are some crazy biyotches!!!! My little baby brother Brian isn't so little anymore, full grown and living in Hawaii. Making a stand and getting away from Volcano to find out who he is, for that I respect him and love him. My parents are pretty typical, Dad and mom argue with the best of them. However, they love each other and at the end of the night you can always tell how they care for each other (by the way she puts a blanket on his snoring ass and turns the TV off). I have a great family and I love them to death, so for them I am thankful.
I am extremely thankful for my friends, I know this is going to be hard because I am going to forget someone so in advance I apologize if its you. My homie Mike who might as well be my twin brother the way we think alike and have the same sick sense of humor. The similarities we have had in our lives are downright sickening at times and I know if I ever needed anything he would be there for me as I would for him. My buddy Steve is so much like me its sick, we have a lot of the same views and ideas about life. We used to fight and bicker but we used it to strengthen our brotherhood. I love my cousin Katie like a sister, I would do anything for her and will always be here for her, as I know she would for me. My main man Lydell who I have known for almost 9 years is a great friend, it started along time ago when he used to tell our boss at target he couldn't go get carts from outside in Dec because he was African and they were a tropical people............(I literally cried from laughing when he said that). He has moved all over the place in the last 8 years or so and we have remained friends throughout and I am thankful for the bond we have created. My man Kev Vegas, when I met him what a square, but I rounded the edges and he toned me down some and now look at us. We have been through so much it would put most people to sleep, but I love him and will always be the riley to his huey!!!! I have so many memories and thoughts to be thankful for from so many friends like Ben "real deal" Bruneel, gone are the days of the Stockton slo pitch league but I will remember them forever. Along with the great times at Stan St. with good ol Jim Prohs, Ben is a true friend. My buddy Nate who came to stay on the couch for a couple weeks like 4 years ago, still haven't got rid of him. He has his quirks and makes his share of mistakes but don't we all, and when it comes down to it. He is a great friend, one that I would like to give a noogie until he made better decisions but a good friend!!!!!
I have a ton more friends like Rob, and Tony, and Jeffe Smith who I have been friends with for a long time and am thankful for the impact they have had on my life. Not to mention the special girls in my life like Annie, Lindsay, Carrie, Nikki who in their own way make me a better person. I love you all and cherish what you have all brought to my life, and in this holiday season I am thankful for our relationships.

Terrell Owens.................i know what you are thinking.........Jerk, Pompus Ass, Selfish, Worst teammate of all time, and guess what you are right. This is hard for me because I was one of the biggest T.O. fans and constantly defended him. I specifically remember defending him when my friends Rob and Steve would tell me he was a joke. I liked Terrible since he was a rookie and i watched him smash the Carolina Panthers circa Kerry Collins era. I liked the Spike on the star, and i loved the cheerleader dance, and was a huge fan of the Sharpie incident. My reasoning you ask? because when he was on the field he brought it. No question, this man just brought it hard and solid everytime. I loved him catching an 8 yard slant and gaining 30 yards running across the field and stiff arming some of the best defenders in the league like they were pushing away Timmay or Jimmy. For the most part none of his antics ever cost the team, and when he did, he kinda had a point. He got irritated with Jeff Garcia because he didnt get the ball, but he was a top notch receiver and i think that a lot of times Coach Steve Mariucci purposely called plays away from owens. Many 49er fans saw the same things i saw, and when the 49ers starting losing because of it, then T.O. started to lash out.
This is when it became hard to defend him, because his antics started to have an effect on the team. It wasnt long after that T.O. was moved to Balitimore (we thought) and then on to Philly. The eagles and their fans loved T.O. They cheered him, I cheered him, he was my favorite player. He dominated and was explosive, he looked like two T.O.'s. But then it happened again and worse, he started attacking people and organizations and everyone got fed up again. I do feel conflicted because he was my favorite player for a long time but it is time to let go. I officially declare Terrible Terrell Owens is a bad teammate and a headcase. But next year when he is on a different team scoring touchdowns and acting like he is truly happy this time, and i jump back on the bandwagon, dont hate me, just try to understand

I need to speak to the masses. By the masses I mean the 200 BaJillion (yes I said Bajillion) poker players in world, in particular the 199,999,999,999,993,000 that jumped on the bandwagon after the poker boom. I have played for about 6-7 years now and i do enjoy the casual game much more than the big tourney's these days. Reason being there are too many characters trying to make a name for themselves by being as much like juiced up Wrestlers as they can. There are many stars of Poker, Chris "Jesus" Ferguson, Johnny "Sorry John, I dont remember" Chan, Scotty Ngyugen, Phil Ivey. Not to mention your one hit wonders like Chris Moneymaker, and Robert Varkoni. All of these players learned and followed this game because of Legends like Doyle Brunson, and Amarillo Slim, and Stu Unger. However one of the most popular and well liked poker Players is Phil Helmuth. For the record, I cannot stand this guy. He is the most arrogant, pompus, egotistical piece of crap i have ever seen on TV. He makes Rickey Henderson look like Mother Teresa. The other day my roomate and I were watching one of the 7 million different World series of poker tournaments. I think there is No limit, limit, pot limit, speed limit, short handed, left handed, omaha, omaha hi, Omaha lo, Hi in Omaha just to name a few. The one we were actually watching was the real world series of poker, you know one stack of high society (ten Grand to you non-rounders reading) game you see in the movies. Phil (should've been a cop) Helmuth was getting beaten by this older gentleman from new york, and Phil just continued to belittle him on national TV. I was getting so irritated, because i would never let any man talk to me that way, i dont care who you are. So I began thinking of how much i would lay into this egotistical bastard if i ever played him. First he tries to intimidate you by staring at you, not a problem.... i have dealt with much tougher foster children and their staring contests. Second, he tries to talk you into giving you up a tell by talking crap and misdirecting you therefore letting him know how he should bet or react. This is where i bust an Emiril and Kick it up a notch. I would give him the full Gary Payton treatment, i mean work him over good. Quotes such as "lay it down phil", "Phil I am going to tear you up right now", "unless you wanna go home now lay it down overhyped", "I hope you got tickets to Danny Gans because your not coming back here tomorrow", "I hope you are good at craps because if you call or raise your day is over", and "set them down son" (that oughta really fire him up).

Here is my reasoning, he is a poker god and i feel its a win win situation. If i talk all that crap and he beats me then at least i get some air time and i got knocked out by a legend. However, if i win, OH IF I WIN, he will never get me to shut up. He will probably try to get a floor person to shut me up because he is a rich baby/computer nerd. (granted i know he is a genius but that doesnt help my story) Not only will i get air time but it would be a great story my friends and myself could tell over the years. So next time you see Phil Helmuth trying to intimidate a player at the table just think someday scotts gonna work that guy over!!!!!

WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH MUSIC????????????
..........................................................................................
..........................................................................................
..........................................................................................
Let me start with a declaration, I am not a doctor, not even close. Shoot Dr. Dre is more of a doctor than I am. That being said where exactly on a female body is the Laffy Taffy? Because I was driving around the other day and heard an obviously skilled rapper telling his female ladies to shake their laffy taffy. Um.........I am fairly familiar with the female body and have yet to come across said laffy taffy. I can only think of one place it could be and i don't want her to shake it if its in there. I remember when rapper and entertainers would just be sly about what they were talking about........Like Whoomp there it is.............................and my favorite....the oddly familiar but apparently not the same Whoot there it is. All the average music listener had to determine was whoot or whoomp. However now the phase is food rap, i think i am going to enter the entertainment industry..............look out source awards here comes Dj Snacky Snack with his multiplatinum hit the Whopper bounce................or as it will be known in the streets.....shake tha whoppa. (A little secret though.....girls dont have
whoppers, i was just passing a burger king and thought whoppers sounded good.) Dj Snacky Snack being tremendously famous will drop the last snack on his name to be taken more seriously and will now be known as Dj Snacky (much better). The previously mentioned Dj Snacky will have many more hits like the drumstick wiggle, and the sobe shake, and right before he falls off, the last song that gets him serious gets street cred, and the best since whoppa bounce...........his multi patinum hit......Funyun Stank, where Dj Snacky gets a little gangsta with an appearance from lil Jon. two weeks later Dj Snack is an outkast, his song wheat thin jiggle bombs horribly, and his attempt at a love song "i'll eat your hershey kisses" is tremendously misunderstood. He tries to drop the Dj, and becomes SNACK....but it is too late and the rap industry has passed him by. Then of course he is forgotten as a new rapper who raps about bath soaps hits the scene, but it was a nice run while it lasted. by the way if anyone finds the laffy taffy or the whopper on a lady let me know................seacrest out................................LOL.

If my Giants dont contend...................................
................................................................................
..............................................................................
theres a couple things that make my offseason a little easier to swallow. First and foremost if the Giants are able to end the season record better than the dodgers then my pain is slightly numbed. The other thing that helps is seeing the Yankees lose. Its true, either you love the Yankees or you hate them..........guess where i stand. As much as i love the sport i despise the yankees because they stack their team with amazingly high payrolls and steal free agents from other teams. First let me start by saying i know for a fact that if the Giants did this i probably wouldnt care because it is very similar to what the 49ers did for years. I didnt care as much about that for two reasons, one my teams was winnng and second, i dont care as much about football. I can watch just about any baseball game, and when the Yankees build up a 208 million dollar payroll i feel bad for the Twins and Astros of the world. Teams with limited payrolls who simply cant compete with good ol Georgies pocketbook. However i regress because the Yankees and their 208 gazillion dollar payroll didnt even make it out of the first round. Since February we have been hearing that if the Yanks dont win it all this season more than any other season this would be a monumental disappointment. Enter Pissed Off Georgie and i would hate to be in Yankeeland this offseason, if I know George and i dont...............but i would imagine some heads might roll....................like Tony Womack who probably didnt even get to ride the plane home from Anaheim. I dont think former Giants bullpen rejects like Wayne "Career ERA higher than the minimum wage" Franklin, and Felix "I Juiced to be a gatcher" Rodriguez will be back. I mean if they couldnt hack it in the Giants bullpen why in the world would you think they were good. Either way this offseason should be fun and exciting. Sorry Ben...........................I just cant stand em, ........................
.................................and for the record I STILL DONT WANT TO BE A CLIPPER!!!!!

So yesterday I am sitting in the doctors office with 15-20 other well dressed people when I notice that waiting for the nurse to call you seems a lot like the NBA draft. You are there, but you aren't really sure when you are going. When the Nurse opens up that door everyone gets quiet for a minute, hoping to hear their name. A couple people go right when you sit down. Those must be your blue chippers your lebron's of the world. Slowly its getting close to Go time, and anticipation starts to build. Its like the eighth pick, the door opens..............................Jaunita Morales...............Dang it, that's ok I didn't want to be a clipper anyway. Then there is the buzz around the green room (waiting room) after the pick as everyone tells their entourage that they should have gone with that pick. Just as the buzz dies down, the door creaks open and silence again..................Bob Schleport. Nothing, no movement, no buzz, its the unthinkable he didn't even show up. Now this sparks some excitement in the green room as it means another player (patient) will be getting drafted quicker. Again the buzz intensifies as the anticipation grows and all eyes in the room are locked on that draft door. Here comes the Nurse in her best draft scrubs (teal of course) and the next pick in the Draft is Hector Camacho.............Are you serious "Macho Cmacho"? Now I am getting irritated, I KNOW I should have gone ahead of the macho man. Just as my anger starts to boil, and my hair is standing on end..........."Scott.........Scott Bittner".....................Wait that's me. Yes..........YES YES YES..............I am so excited, finally. Somewhere in the crowd my momma is crying and offering Ernie Johnson and Charles Barkley some Bundt Cake while Hubie Brown talks about my upside and my good hands, but being 5'11 my wingspan is questioned..............I'll show em. I know its Modesto But hey I am in the L. What a great draft, although I do feel bad for the Ukrainian who is still in the green room and hasn't been drafted.

It has been brought to my attention that some people (KELLY) think that the Oakland Athletics are a better franchise than the San Francisco Giants. Her reasoning of course is because her A's have 4 Championships and the San Francisco Giants dont have one (The Giants franchise has 5 championshops by the way). Another part of her reasoning for hating the GIANTS is because she lives in the Bay Area and no one in the Bay Area cares at all about the A's except for her and the three weirdo's I saw on BART a couple weeks ago. The main reason she hates the Giants is Barry Bonds. I understand its easy to hate Barry Bonds because he gets all of the pub in local newspapers. I mean c'mon the most famous person in the A's organization is Billy Beane, and I realize that nobody on the A's has ever taken Steroids ..................... and Players like Mark McGwire, Jose Canseco, and Jason Giambi were just wrongly accused
<-------------------
<-------------------{NOT A BAT}
<-------------------
I know the A's are better than a AAA team but they draw fans and get respect like one, in fact there might even be more Sacramento Rivercats fans than Oakland A's fans. Sorry Kelly, the BOTTOM LINE is the Giants are a better franchise and have more fans, and more hall of fame players and a better history. I mean its not all bad at least you have .............................................
umm....................................................hold on......................................................Carney Lansford? i mean it could be worse. Your claim to fame could be Bo Dodson....................You hard core Ports fans feel me (circa 1988).

-By the way Greta no I cant stand Stephen A. Smith, annoys me to no end.
-I think the Giants are done, thanks for nothing Brett Tomko and Grandpa Fassero
-Did you ever notice that stupid people dont know they are stupid? I was in a store today and my total was 6.50 and i handed her a 10. The phone rang and she answered it and when she got off looked at me dead in my face with MY ten dollar bill in her hand and said, its 6.50 sir.........................Deet Da Dee

Shouts out
------------------------------
Diet Coke
Taco Trucks
Pizza
Pasta
Carries Ribs
Moms Chicken Catcha
(by the way this is the food edition of shouts out)

Random Thoughts

Just this week I lost my cuz cuz who moved to Austin Texas. My friends Greta and Ben live in Denton Texas and the closer on my fantasy team is Brad Lidge, so as you can tell my mind is definitely on the Hurricane getting set to hit Texas. I love those people dearly (not Lidge) and hope that everyone is ok and the hurricane settles down and turns into a rainstorm.

Speaking of Rain, last tuesday in the Central Valley there were massive thunderstorms and rain, and when i say thunder i mean THUNDER (not the Golden State Warriors Mascot either) . Every 30 seconds there was a huge thunderstrike for at least 15 minutes. My client and i sat in the car and counted the time in between thunder strikes. a very weird day.

Even if the Giants dont make the playoffs at least these last couple weeks have been interesting and exciting. We have one person to thank for that........................Randy Winn. I bet you thought i was going to say Barry Bonds huh? Well while mr. Bonds has had some huge hits and put an absolute scare into the National League, Randy Winn just might have been the best pick up at the trade deadline, especially since he is hitting like .400 with 7 hr's against the dodgers. That is exactly how you become a real Giant. Welcome to the squad Mr. Winn

This might be the year of the collapse. The red Sox folded, and the yanks will most likely hold on. The White Sox are in the process of pulling one of the greatest chokes of all time. Having a 15 game lead on August 1st and seeing the lead shrink down to 1 1/2 games before fridays games. Rumor is veteran catcher Jake Taylor has these young upstart indians playing good ball.

One thing I am slightly excited about is the next Al Pacino movie coming out october 7th. Not only am I a huge Pacino fan but I also like the work that Matthew McConaughey does in his flicks. Especially Reign of Fire which is a great flick that slipped past most peoples radars. So needless to say i am excited about the upcoming film Two for the Money.

Just some thoughts i had, it is what it is.
Like they say in the streets, watch the cornage....................hey now
SHOUTS OUT
-----------------------------------
Tiffy
Ladies at her office at work
Don Yaghi
B

THE HOME DEPOT...

So as I grow older I am learning to do things that I haven't needed or wanted to do, for example lawn care. I currently live in a rental home but plan to have my own home someday and my landlord approached me about doing the lawn myself and taking 50 dollars off the rent. In these trying times where every spare penny is needed for gas I took him up on the offer and began mowing the lawn and taking care of the yard. In taking on this task I have begun to frequent a store I usually wouldn't do my shopping in. The good ol` Home Depot. The De-POT as I like to call it has a interesting set up as it is. You don't run into the same clientele that you would run into at safeway or at target or at the mall. I have taken the liberty of breaking the customers down into categorys to help you under stand.

First and foremost on the Home Depot Totem pole is are the SHOULDBE's. These are the people that genuinely belong there, the contractors, the plumbers, the painters, the handymen. These people are obvious to point out as they fly around the store seemingly know where every item is without asking one of those people in the orange aprons for help. As far as a consumer, I respect them being there as I am in their world. Another sign of the SHOULDBE's is their oversized pick-up trucks taking up multiple spots in the parking lot.

The Second rung of the HOME DEPOT totem pole are the WEEDERS. These are the people that go to Home depot simply for the Garden dept. Even worse they actually hang out there, I was trying to get help with a little Turfbuilder for my lawn and the old Orangy was too busy talking to a customer about the "way a bulb reacts to the direct sunlight during the fall months". Which would be fine but they were obvioulsy chatting not shopping. These customers can be detected by their obvious loitering in and around the garden dept. When they cant find someone to talk to they pick up the self help gardening books to eat up time until someone becomes available.

This next rung is where I fit in, I am proud to be part of the LOOKLIKE's. We are the ones who wander aimlessly through the HUGE warehouse always picking the wrong aisle, and refuse to ask for help because no matter which aisle we wander down there is always something we think we might need in the future. We also have this look on our faces like our mothers just dropped us off in the middle of the mall during Xmas season. HUGE bulging eyes and slow small steps around every corner. We are a very funny group to watch as I watched some of my brethren wander yesterday.

Last but definitely not least we have my favorite Deponite, the JOBBERS. Their are people who actually hang around the store looking for work. Asking the SHOULDBE's for work and trying to drop their expertise in handiness to all who will hear.
Apparently there is a nice man willing to help me with my lawn and my
turfbuilder if I need. I told him i think I could figure it out. Not to mention
he looked like Derrick Turnbow's crazy cousin, minus teeth and add more psycho. I don't want to label the guy but I am fairly sure he has overalls and a meat cleaver in his truck. I wasn't in the mood to find out.

So next time you are at the depot check it out, I would love to know what category you would be in. I now know that I am proud to be a LOOKLIKE

SHOUTS OUT
-------------------------------------------
LYDELL "Da Sneak" Willis
Katie "hook em Horns" Fox
Tiffy "10 weeks of vacation" Bittner
Derrick Turnbow's crazy cousin

Is that how you play?

21 years ago yesterday my baby brother was born. Yes 21 years ago, as in he can now walk around the corner in a casino or a drinking establishment holding a beverage of alcoholic content legally. While it does make me feel a little old, I am glad to see him grow up into a great adult. So for his birthday we took him to Lake Tahoe for a little gambling and a little drinking. The weekend was very nice, I even played a little poker. It has been a while since I played. I stopped playing primarily because of the Poker BOOM and I got so tired of everyone talking about it and thinking they know how to play because they saw Phil Ivey do it on TV. Anywhoo I played a little live poker and I also played in a tournament. I can handle losing when I am outplayed, or another player gets lucky and I catch a bad beat. What I cant handle is Johnny Dorm Room player regurgitate every cliche poker term in the book to me. For the record, I know
-I can only play the cards dealt to me. Thanks for the amazing update, I could have sworn I could have played with your cards.

-A Chip and a Chair. This is the worst one, because people only say it when you are short stacked, and then they feel compelled to tell you. HEY I KNOW.

AND MY PERSONAL FAVORITE

-Hey good hand I just got lucky, excuse me Mr. Idiot poker player, I know you got lucky, I called your bluff with A-5 suited and you had J-5 off suit and you caught a Jack on the flop. Like usual I played it right and I went down in a blaze, but thanks for alerting me to the fact that you got lucky, I truly thought you outplayed me!!!!

side notes
----------------
-Its amazing to me how a person can go to a little vacation for only two days and feel like the world has passed him by multiple times. I think this might have to do with the fact that A. You cant use your cell phone in the sports book or while gambling at any table. and B. Our hotel rooms TV was screwed up and our ESPN didn't work. either way I came home and was like what...............Matt Cain is up, Matt Lawton got traded, Hurricanes, its not hot anymore, and i like avocados now? WHAT THE HECK!!!

-The one thing that irritates me more than anything in the world is when you are with another person or a group and as a group no one can make a decision. I understand that my girlfriend is going to be like that, they have been for 10 years now. "where do you want to go for dinner love?" " I don't care wherever, you pick" (equally as irritating) But when a group of people cant come up with a decision it breaks the group apart and everyone starts to get irritated. So next time you are in a group and you cant make a decision just tell them what you want. I WANT MEXICAN FOOD...........lets go. Take charge Spartacus style!!!

So after a long long time, i was finally in attendance of a country and western concert. Last night we went to good ol Mountain View, Ca to the Shoreline amphitheatre and Watched Leann Womack and Toby Keith (Shooter or scooter jackson was also there). We went for my roommate Nathans birthday, we surprised him by bringing his family up and everything, now back to the concert. I would like to tell you it was exactly what I thought too many guys drinking alcohol with pants 4 sizes too small displaying too much, or not enough depending on the individual case. It was also another example of a social setting where I believe that you should have to pass a test in order to purchase alcohol. Personally as far as the concert goes, I had a great time with the people and Toby Keith was entertaining and fun to watch. I am not a huge fan of country but Toby Keith is kind of the rappers country singer, regardless I enjoy him. So I thought that there are several people that would find this interesting.

So after a long night I get home and wake up this morning finding a reason to really celebrate. My San Francisco Giants placed Tyler "I sweat bronze tanning lotion" Walker on the DL. Hold on I will be right back I feel the need to jump up and down and scream like I got a new bike on Christmas morning......................................................................
.................................................................Even if the Giants lose every game for the rest of the season, I will feel better about it because that hack job isn't on the field.

I find myself pining for the days of Ricky the Dragon Steamboat and WWF ice cream bars. I bet its because the wonderful VH1 show Hogan knows best. I love that guy, he is a perfect faja. Let the son get away with everything and brings the clamps down on his daughter if she tries to do anything......and i do mean anything.

Quick Notes
-----------------
-Yes Tiff I have your ATM card
-I used to drink a lot, now as i get older when i do happen to drink it takes MUCH MUCH LONGER TO RECOVER
-Yes Steve, FranCwaahh is a stud
-My boy Sack is very Johnnyish

In this day and age of Players leaving training camp and doing their own workouts on their lawn, and people being surprised the Viagra man got caught for taking drugs. I think its important that we focus on the happy things in life, more Importantly its time to BRING BACK THE CRAZY CRAB. I know this must be a blast from the past but isn't it a great looking mascot? Nothing says hi and lets have a good time out at the yard like a big orange floppy crab. I hope its only a matter of time until the crab takes out Lou Seal and assumes its rightful spot at the top of The SF GIANTS mascot food chain.

In Other News............Terrell Owens took time away from his 8 minutes abs from your lawn video shooting and actually played some football. Congrats T.O. next step communicating with the one person who you need to be in sync with (hint he makes campbells soup commercials).......College football season is around the corner which can only mean one thing {crazy fans? wild mascots? Kirk Herbstreit and Lee Corso? Fresno State Inexplicably trouncing several high ranked teams then losing to Southern Portland Tech?} No, it means we are unfortunately that much closer to the yearly return of Dick Vitale and his ADHD screaming into the Mic. Note to Dick, when the entire arena is going crazy i know the other team needs a time out, and if a player rips down a savage dunk the player regardless of age or their class, they are not wearing diapers nor are they dandy................Turlock's own Savage O'malleys coed softball team completed the regular season with a perfect 7-0 first half and a respectable 5-2 second half. They have an off week before the playoffs start, and just like Fat Joe we are trying to win the chip, more to come.

What I am digging on TV right now:
------------------------------------
Rescue Me (FX) very very good show. Dennis Leary, firefighters and lots of dramatic plots
Mind of Mencia (ComCen) if you think laughing at the stereotypes of all people is funny, watch

Finally, While I love all my friends and family there is a special shout out that I want take care of right now. Lydell (sweaty Palms) Willis I have known Lydell forever and there have been many moves and many different changes, yet somehow through it all we have still kept in contact and remain good friends. Its amazing to me, how that works out.
:if you have plenty of time to waste and wouldnt mind the traffic.................the streets are empty freaking ghost town.............only in America
:When did Vince Vaughn become one of my favorite actors, or should we call him Johnny Nail every role. Silky tells me i need to hit the wedding crashers up, instant classic.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
So Brian is gone and living the dream that i am sure that all of us would like to be, college in Hawaii. I do envy him, however things are always easier to do once you have someone there already like he has neen-ers right now. I am glad he isnt alone, freaking rob thomas/Kyle Korver.
Paging Al Pacino.........Mr. Al Pacino. Havent seen you since Colin Ferrell flic, meanwhile good ol Bobble DeNiro has a new flick every 6 weeks. Comedy, horror, sci-fi, gangster no problem Bobby's got it.
Carrie wants taco's tonight, not gonna argue with her there, she does make a good taco. Something to be said about a woman who can cook some good food, I'm In!!!!!
Football season is almost here, which means weeks and weeks of lovely frustration with the Hapless 49ers and me saying to my friends, hey at least its almost Kings season.........until they suck and then i am waiting for baseball............it is a vicious cycle.
So it was great to hear from ben, out in witchita watching his brother play. he was surrounded by some wonderfully smart people and soon as i learn to advertise others blogs i would love for you guys to read it.........great stuff.
Do you guys ever wonder if your life is like a choose your own adventure book and once you hit the big taco truck in the sky if you will be able to go back and look at what could have been. Some people tell me you will go crazy if you think like that, i say food for thought.
I have great friends and a great family, i just dont like to be around them for too long. I wonder if people take that the wrong way, its not them its just me, i do enjoy my quiet time either way i love you all and thats the bottom line!

Shouts Out
-------------------------------
Dave "Baller Status" Lee
Mike "Screw Kevan Barlow" Bowlin
Tiff "I need my coffee" Bittner
Brian "Laughing at us" Bittner

it begins...

I remember when people used to say BLAH BLAH BLAH, ah technology, now its BLOG BLOG BLOG. I would like to start by saying that i currently have no problems with any Carribeans and i happen to be quite fond of cream of wheat. Take it how you want. I respect Felipe Alou a ton, however does he really think that hundreds of millions of "carribeans" were offended by Larry Krugers comment on KNBR? I am sure that millions of people in Tortuga began to pillage on the likes of whites everywhere because Larry Kruger is upset because the Giants stink (and boy do they). Maybe I underestimate all people Latin, maybe there is a website that all check into everyday which alerts them of new racist comments. While i do believe that the comment was racially insensitive, Alou getting his metamucil in a bunch isnt helping matters. I truly believe this is a perfect diversion for a manager whos team is playing way below their capabilities, less focus on him and more on the bad racist of KNBR. Maybe the carribean comment was too much, but anyone who continually marches out Tyler "Maybe i should spend more time improving my pitching and less time in the tanning booth" Walker out to the mound as their closer does have mush for brains. I mean C'mon even the fricking Rockies have a better closer. You know the worst part, its that the giants are trying so hard to catch the rockies and the teams ahead of them keep losing and giving people hope..........damn Carribeans.............................................and thats the Bottom Line

shouts out
------------------
Kev "finally back from the corn" Droullard
Sug "you said Yella" holmes
Nate "Pipe Dreams" Kincaid
Steve "I love Adam Melhuse" Esau
